Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management. Travelsafe does
not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a
particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
In the case of faulty or damaged goods we will meet our obligations under
the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. This would usually mean
that we will replace the damaged or faulty goods at no extra cost. In some
circumstances we may refund the purchase price of the product but not the
shipping charges.
